Billy also announces a couple of events ITCE is partnering with the Historic Tivoli Theatre in Spencer, IN this coming October before ITCE Bloomington! We will be sponsoring showings of the original 1931 film “Frankenstein” as well as the 1987 cult classic “Monster Squad!”
